River Ranch Florida

Being a property owner at River Ranch allows you to join the River Ranch Property Owners Association (RRPOA). You will get access to over 70 square miles for hunting, camping, fishing, 4-wheeling, and a great place to ride your ATV.

A single person, a married couple, or a family who has children under the age of 16, the membership fee is only $120 a year. If you would like to invite a guest, you can purchase a guest pass. A guest pass can be used for a single person or married couple if they are riding 1 ATV. A guest pass is $100 a year and can be used for any guest throughout the year. Guests have to be accompanied by property owners who are members. RRPOA gate house is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you like to hunt, being a member with the RRPOA is cheaper than purchasing a hunting lease and you own the property forever. There is Deer, Wild Hog, Quail, and Turkey in River Ranch. The Florida Fish & Game Wildlife Commission hunting rules apply at River Ranch. Also RRPOA allow members to participate in special hog hunt seasons.

If you like to fish, Lake Kissimmee is located north of River Ranch Acres. There is plenty of great fishing for Bass, Catfish and more. Also there are canals and creeks that runs through parts of River Ranch.

There are many trails that run throughout River Ranch. You can enjoy many hours of fun driving your off road vehicle. ATVs, 4x4 Pickup Trucks, Jeeps, and Swamp Buggies are permitted. You can even ride your horse out there.

Owning property in River Ranch Acres, and being a member of the RRPOA, you can setup a personal campsite. Owning a surveryed lot, 1.25 acres or larger, you can park a travel trailer, RV, or build a structure. You are allowed to have a well installed for water and use a generator or solar panels for electricity.

3 options for ownership:

1) .31 Acres, $1,299. This gives you  access to River Ranch Acres for hunting, 4-wheeling,   ATVing, and you can setup a tent or bring an RV and camp in a temporary area.

2) 1.25 Acres, starting at $3,999. This gives you access to River Ranch Acres for hunting, 4-wheeling, ATVing, camp in the temporary area, or the RRPOA may issue a permanent campsite in a designated area.

3) 1.25 Acres, surveyed lot, starting at $7,499. Financing available for surveyed lots.
